  • Damaged or defective items — You'll receive a full refund or replacement, on us, no questions asked.

  • You have 30 days — From the date of purchase to reach out and let us know something went wrong.

  • Item condition — We ask that the item be unused and in the condition it arrived in.

To get things sorted, email us at support@quietritual.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. There's a real person on the other side of that inbox and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
